My experience with Derek was outstanding!! About 30 minutes into the phone call, Derek was able to tell me what my new mortgage amount was going to be and answered all my questions. Two weeks later, we were in closing and on to saving over $700!!! I can't say enough about Derek. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
