I first spoke with Frank a year ago about refinancing my mortgage. I needed to get rid of a home equity loan first so it just was not the right time for us refinance. A year had passed and i got rid of the HELOC so i called Frank. I told him this was my home for life and i wanted to pay it off before i retire. He told me to give him a few minutes and he called me back with a deal that shaved off almost two and a half points off of my existing mortgage, which was 5.37% at the time. We got the mortgage refinanced so quick that we were able to skip two mortgage payments. Thank you Frank for your time and effort.
