I had an excellent experience with Tim. He laid out the various loan options very clearly and patiently explained the pros and cons of each. I ended up really understanding the details of the loan that I was applying for and for someone like myself, who doesn't consider himself all that competent when it comes to number crunching, this is the highest praise that I can give him.
