Stefan, our mortgage banker was the very first person we had contact with Rocket Mortgage. The initial experience was already very smooth as Stefan patiently explained the whole process efficiently. He even went to the extent of explaining some stumbles that nay occur in the process so we don't get false expectations in case those come our way.
