They said we were approved and then we did not hear from them for a couple of days, so we called them and they said that even though our credit was excellent they would not give us the refinancing that we needed.
Robert, came through for us and said that he could help us condense our house, car, and the few credit cards that we had and refinance our loan for a lower rate than what we were paying on our old loan. Well that just blew us away and we are grateful for this because we are retired and live on a fixed income which will free up monies to pay more on the loan that we will be getting.
