I just called to get re-fi info and James did an excellent job of looking at our current debt and finances and convincing me that a re-fi should work. He even gave me a short lesson in dragging and dropping files, which made providing documents so much easier. I think James, Kelly and the entire team did an excellent job.

It was very pleasant working with Scott. He had been very responsive and accommodated our last minute requests. Few of my calls were out of his business hours.
