Most folks probably only buy or refinance a home a few times in their life. With the long periods of time between these the process involves a "re-education" of the latest laws and procedures. Cass is very knowledgeable and patient. He made recommendations that allowed me to refinance my home and local banks were telling me I needed another year of credit history. I was looking into this to take advantage of the great interest rates. Waiting a year would have defeated the purpose. Thanks to Cass and Rocket Mortgage I have a loan at a great rate! The communication throughout the process was excellent and their web site made it very easy to provide documents they needed as well as to observe the status of the process. I'm not sure how much sleep he gets as it was not uncommon for him to give you a call at 8 PM! The only caution I have to Rocket Mortgage is that folks in the South talk pretty slow! I was able to keep up with their staff as I have Yankee parents! But some of the southerners may require them to talk a little slower! Happy New Year!
