Gina was pleasant and informative, she made me feel secure about the transaction and let me know exactly what was happening with the loan at all times. I did not hesitate to call her if I had a question as she was so personable and down to earth. Like talking to a friend.
She is a good example of a sterling employee.

Thomas was an amazing help from start to finish. He was very professional and very efficient. There was never any confusion, delay, or lack of communication. Even when an appraisal came in low and an issue came up that was actually the fault of the previous owner, it was a smooth and painless process. I highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking to buy or refi!
