We are first time home buyers and had no idea what we were getting into. I had never used Rocket Mortgage for anything before, but Brian was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He got us a great loan, eliminated PMI for us and made us comfortable every step of the way in a very timely manner. I would recommend Brian and Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking for a home loan.

Hussain was thorough in gathering the information required and presenting a refinancing scheme. The interaction was cordial and at no time I felt pressured or pestered upon, which is my usual concern in interactions of this kind.
