I can't tell you how many telephone "mortgage specialists" I've hung up on! There's always been an underlying hustle and the more they insist they want to help me, the tighter I clutch my wallet. If I could tell you how Jacquie got past my automatic shut-down alarm, I would. But the warmth in her voice, her ability to answer direct questions directly, the way she prepared us for what was coming...I can't tell you how many telephone "mortgage specialists" I've hung up on! But the warmth in her voice, her ability to answer direct questions directly, the way she prepared us for what was coming next without making us feel like we were blindly following a path to somewhere we didn't want to go ... all of that made and continues to make this experience a delight. Oh. And when she said she'd be calling back with an answer in about 15 minutes, she did! In fact, she did everything she said she would do.
