Jill was just great in helping us secure our refinance. I had been with Wells Fargo for years but when I heard about their massive fraud, I knew it was time to change counterparties. Bye, bye, Wells, hello Rocket Mortgage! We had a couple of quirks in the process, but as soon as I contacted Jill, she was on it in a big way. Loans often get held up for one reason or another or one minute detail...Jill was just great in helping us secure our refinance. I would give Derek 6 stars but it looks like 5 is as high as I can go !! He was very professional yet gave that personal touch. Every thing went as planned, smooth and precise and he was punctual with call backs. I had been working with another mortgage company for 3 months, who couldn't seem to get the process finalized but Derek didn't seem to have any problems at all.
