Erin was OUTSTANDING,,,,in limited previous attempts with Rocket Mortgage and with other companies I ran into inexplicable road blocks. I believe that it was the people who did not have a comprehensive understanding about the products they had to offer and/or not willing to help make it happen. If she said something was going to be done, It was done. when she explained the process....it was the process. When I asked her a question she had great confidence in her answers and her follow through was always as she said it would be. Gerald was great, listen to what we wanted and made it happen. We settled in the time frame provided even when we made a change to the loan request. Gerald's attitude was we can make that change and he did. The process was smooth and easy and we were keep up to date on everything as it happen. Gerald and Rocket Mortgage are hard to beat.
