I made my phone call to Rocket Mortgage when I saw Best Buy had a partnership with them. I had inquired with my personal bank (one of the largest national banks) and others at various times for possible refinancing. However, I was always the one moving the process forward. My experience with Evan at Rocket Mortgage was the opposite & far superior in knowledge & follow up.
