It's difficult to write a review about Nick in 25 words. Here's my attempt. He got my attention and wouldn't let go. Nick is true to his word. He makes IT happen. He's pleasant, effective and efficient. The most valuable characteristics Nick possesses for me is he is very dependable and reliable. I love it, seeing everybody give you the maximum rate. You have to be almost a Saint..!
When we start to get connected, you gave me two options, one with higher interest but lower closing cost and one lower rate and higher cost. I chose after doing the math the lower interest with the higher cost. Starting with the event you had to step down because of a loss in your family, still sorry for that. ...I love it, seeing everybody give you the maximum rate. You have to be almost a Saint..!
