Rocket Mortgage transfers you to the other representatives that are more suited for the part of the loan you are doing. It did get a bit confusing unlike the traditional closings you are use to at your local bank with all the tech savvy online closing. I liked the Rocket Mortgage site as well, where you could upload all your documents and see the status of your loan request at all times all the way through to the closing, and even after, I go to the same site Rocket Mortgage account to make my house payment now.
