As in all my prior experiences with Rocket Mortgage, I found Nick to be first rate. He was quick and thorough. I was kept apprised of the status of the loan at all times. In fact, I recommended to a friend he should refinance through Rocket Mortgage, and he did. In short, all of my interactions with him were excellent.

My experience with Derek was outstanding!! About 30 minutes into the phone call, Derek was able to tell me what my new mortgage amount was going to be and answered all my questions. Two weeks later, we were in closing and on to saving over $700!!! I can't say enough about Derek. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Chris helped my family and I navigate our way through the mortgage process unlike anyone with whom we have ever dealt. Chris had a hands on, no nonsense approach that I truly appreciated. There was not a single superfluous communication. If Chris needed something or had an important update, he would initiate a communication. Although I did not expect a response at such times, if I emailed a question late at night or on a weekend, Chris would promptly respond.
