Have been trying to get help since March of 2014. Robert is the first person that has actually helped. He was very patient and understanding as well as helpful and polite. He walked me through the whole process explaining as we went along. Thank you so very much. God bless.

Jacob was very patient in explaining the online process that my husband and I needed to do, especially since we are not computer savy. Everything was completed quickly. Great communication!!!

We have worked with Rocket Mortgage for our last two home mortgages, and will stay with them because of their customer service. Most recently, Daniel Ponce has been at work for us, and we are most appreciative. He is a great listener, and knows his business. We feel very well cared for and comfortable in our refinance process. Many thanks!

Vlora took me by the hand and lead me the proper direction without misleading me on my needs. I would recommend any family that is wanting to consolidate loans or simply refinance to reach out to Vlora and Q.L. As a customer, there is much work to do in order to assist Vlora and her team, but if you just assist along the way, they'll make it work for you and your family! Thanks again!

Jeremy was very friendly and patient while working around my hectic work/sleep schedule.

Nichole was friendly, sympathetic and business like, all in one. It isn't often that one person
has all of these characteristics in a business setting.

I am a realtor who has been working with Jimmy and a mutual client over the past month. Jimmy works very hard and makes sure that he is always available to answer questions. I have worked with many other loan officers, and Jimmy is one of the best.

Jacquie is a pleasure to work with. She is very helpful and understanding. The online process was very smooth and easy and Jacquie was just a call away if I needed any help.

Brian was very responsive and helpful from the moment I started a loan application with Rocket Mortgage. He walked me through the entire process, and kept me informed at every step of the way. It was the smoothest mortgage processes I've been involved with.
