I have closed multiple loans with Rocket Mortgage. However, my experience with Jennifer is undoubtedly the best thus far. My most recent closing was challenging based on the fact the sellers window was very narrow. From the onset, Jennifer was not intimidated. She quickly identified key tasks that needed immediate attention. Additionally, she followed up routinely in the first 48 hours ...I have closed multiple loans with Rocket Mortgage.
