Because of this experience with Andrew and Rocket Mortgage, I do feel confident moving forward, even in this challenging California Bay Area housing market, despite coming into it from outside, and require financing. Certainly, he has gone the extra mile in responding quickly, to explain my options, clearly and patiently, whenever I have questions, and with products I can use whenever I need them. Finally, despite working with him only over the phone and through electronic media, I feel like family, such that, in those moments of mortgage & home buying need, I know I can consult Andrew for a good solution.Read MoreRead Less

Wow. Working with Moe has been one of my best customer service experiences ever. He is enthusiastic, sincere, knowledgeable, and
succinct. He is generous with his time, but doesn't waste mine. Moe seems to tailor his approach to me and what I need during each interaction we have. He 'hears' me and doesnt just give me stock responses. He is both professional and personal and I would recommend him to...Wow. Abe has been a huge help with my house hunt. He is well versed in his line of work, competently answers questions I throw his way. He is persistent with great work ethic and always keeps a line of communication open to me. I am pleased with Abe's professional service he provides as well as his positive attitude. I highly recommend Abe's service to other house hunters such as myself.

I have previously had a Rocket Mortgage and the relationship between the Rocket Mortgage folks was great. I am currently in need of the same service and Taryn has been wonderful. Although I have not been working with her that long, I can already feel a sense of security that she has my best interest at heart. She has been very professional as well as reliable. Constantly followingup with me to see if there is any additional assistance I need during the Mortgage process. Rocket Mortgage folks seems to take pride in the service they provide to their customer, and Taryn is a great example of the impression I already have with the company. I look forward to continuing the relationship with Rocket Mortgage and I am confident Taryn will do anything she can possibly do to make this experience as great as the first one!Read MoreRead Less
