I reached out to Jeremy when communication broke down between myself and my current mortgage broker. I had requested a rate to be locked-in following satisfactory home inspection and was told I would be getting said rate for my mortgage. One week later, following the P&S signing, the mortgage broker informed the rate was .75 % greater than what I had requested to be locked in. Jeremy was able to provide me with a quick estimate and a better rate, which I was then able to use as leverage and negotiate with my current lender. Had my lender been unwilling to budge from their position, I would have no doubt proceeded with Jeremy and the estimate he gave me.
