Working with her, in every communication via phone or email, you will feel as if Mariah truly cares about you personally and that she has been tasked with the job of helping you through what is normally perceived as a complicated, confusing process. But with her help, it is rather simple. Mariah's title should be "Mortgage Helper." She helps you every step of the way and she has perfected what I like to call, in my business, the lost art of "hand-holding." Even though Rocket Mortgage is online with no face-to-face interaction at a brick and mortar location, Mariah will hold your hand every step of the way. But Rocket Mortgage is more than just good customer service. Most importantly from a business perspective, the nuts and bolts of the refinancing process are accurately executed and exceptionally organized. Everything that Mariah says will happen, does happen, exactly when she says it will happen and even when there is nothing to report, she reaches out to reassure you that everything is going as planned. There are numerous mortgage companies from which to choose, but if you choose Mariah and Rocket Mortgage, the refinancing will be closed before you know it and you will be surprised that it was so pleasant and so easy. I spoke to Kunal the second time I contacted Rocket Mortgage this year. The first time I was met with professional help on the options I could use in my financial planning. Once I had a course of action I called Rocket Mortgage because of the help and quick answers. In talking with Kunal we stopped after a brief discussion and he ask me what were my needs and goals. He gave me three courses ...I spoke to Kunal the second time I contacted Rocket Mortgage this year. The first time I was met with professional help on the options I could use in my financial planning. Once I had a course of action I called Rocket Mortgage because of the help and quick answers. In talking with Kunal we stopped after a brief discussion and he ask me what were my needs and goals. He gave me three courses of action and the costs I would incur on each. We had several conversations and each time took care of things that would be needed for a closing. Kunal even made made a last minute change that would save me expenses as I received unexpected funds.
Kunal went out of his way to help me throughout the process. He was professional while being pleasant, cordial and a joy with which to work. I would refer Kunal to my best friend or anyone.
