Brian was extremely helpful throughout the entire VA Loan process. We actually got pre-approved for a new home loan; but, could not find anything we liked. So, we decided to refinance. There was no hassle, Brian simply provided us with the information for what we needed for a refinance.

Best customer service experience ever!! Nathan was awesome. He kept me informed, got me an awesome interest rate with minimal closing cost. I highly recommend him. I don't have the words to express how great he is at his job. He deserves 10 stars on a 1-5 scale. I'm loving my new home. Thank you Nathan for making it happen!
