I wasn't sure what to expect when I began the mortgage process with Rocket Mortgage. Marc made the entire process not only painless but pleasant. His responses were rapid whenever I had a question, and his calm demeanor left me feeling very positive about the experience. Marc far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend Marc and Rocket Mortgage highly to anyone.
Thank You!

Brian is very knowledgeable, attentive, persistent and personable. I enjoyed working with him very much. He (and all those who were involved with my refi through Rocket Mortgage) made the process as painless as possible, and I would recommend them to anyone who has put off refinancing because of past experience with mortgage companies.

Doug was very easy to work with and was able to answer all the questions I had very quickly. I heard so many horror stories of people refinancing their homes from people who were told lies about how much they would pay after the refi, took months to close, and they kept getting harassed for paperwork they already sent. This process with Doug and the Rocket Mortgage refi team was beyond easy and I could not believe how quickly this process took to complete. Read MoreRead Less
