Mere words are not enough to express my gratitude to Sam Shabrang. To say that my previous loan company were unhelpful in the re-fi process, would be an understatement. Working with Sam was the diametric opposite experience. He was pleasant and courteous at all times, patiently guiding me through all the necessary paperwork and information needed. Each person went above and beyond to ensure all aspects of the loan were covered and that there would be no problems or issues on the day of closing! It was a huge success and I have already begun to tell my friends of the super team of experts at Rocket Mortgage!
