When I was very frustrated and felt like I was receiving the run-around and talked to degradingly by 'Chantelle' he immediately stepped in, took care of the problem and had it resolved within one day. I cannot praise his attention to detail and placing the customer first enough! In fact, he saved your company from formal complaints to the BBB and media outlets.

I'd give Suzy 10 stars for excellence if I could! She is professional, responds promptly, shows concern throughout the process (which can be a little frustrating but Suzy makes so much better). She works very hard on her customers' behalf, she is extremely creative finding solutions, working with the various departments within Rocket Mortgage (like Underwriting). Suzy follows up constantly and...I'd give Suzy 10 stars for excellence if I could! Matt Watson is the best! He helped us refinance our mortgage loan when no one else would (We were upside down). He actually called a year later to see if we could get our payments even lower, and did it! Then as our equity grew he helped us refinance once again to get the PMI off of our loan.
