Tom was awesome to say the least. He had me approved the same day we first spoke and never left me feeling out in the dark. Any question I had was answered, any concern I had was addressed, and he handled everything with the utmost professionalism. Being in the mortgage industry myself, I know how things work from his side (writing the mortgage) but being that this was my first purchase, I knew ...Tom was awesome to say the least. I even backed out of 2 accepted offers before finally committing to the 3rd property I got accepted on, and he was more than flexible with that.
