When we first spoke to Tom he lead us in the right direction. We didn't get to work with Tom all too much. Rocket Mortgage transfers you to the other representatives that are more suited for the part of the loan you are doing. My experience with Jacob Zarzour was a very positive one. This was my first refinance and he walked me through the process quickly and efficiently and was extremely helpful. I liked the Rocket Mortgage site as well, where you could upload all your documents and see the status of your loan request at all times all the way through to the closing, and even after, I go to the same site Rocket Mortgage account to make my house payment now.
