His other team members Alexander Malik and Garret Cerkvenik were just as thorough and knowledgeable. I felt supported through the entire process. It was one of the most smooth refinances I have ever experienced. Love the Rocket Mortgage.com portal -- greatest invention yet!! Keeps you - the customer - in the know at all times on the process of the application and eases the communication path between lender and customer.
