I admit I was not enthused about refinancing our home as I had a difficult time doing so in the past. I financed through our local bank in the past and it took 3 months and numerous phone calls to complete the process!

Chad assured me that he could accomplish refinancing and save me money in less than 1 month and he did!!! The entire process was easy to follow and all at times Chad and his associates were very professional.
I asked a lot of questions as I am not a business person. ( I'm a retired nurse) At no time did I feel my questions were a nuisance but rather they were well received and explained in a manner I could understand.
I would definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage to everyone...in fact I have!

My experience with Brent during my loan losing was nothing short of pleasant and easy. Brent kept me informed throughout the transaction. He helped keep the transaction on tract without any issues. I am in the real estate industry and have access to many lenders but with people like Brent I would only use Rocket Mortgage.
