I'm giving Bryan 5 stars because he inherited me from someone else who had made promises that weren't being kept. He tried thru out our interactions to get the answers I needed but when a department of Rocket thinks it's right and the customer is wrong, they do not make it easy on the customer to have to prove it or themselves to accept it.

I wonder if Rocket listens to all those recordings to hear how some of their people talked to me?
Over three months because they kept switching me to other people and the explanations had to start over. When Bryan did become involved, he stayed with it to the end, trying to find the right people to fix the errors on paperwork but it took over 3 months. I do credit him with finding Cody D. who worked for 2 days, nonstop, to get us finally closed with the correct papers. They were faxing papers as we were sitting at the closing table.
I still have questions if everything was done right about my deeds and haven't found the right person to answer them. A man did call when I expressed this fact on another survey, but he didn't have a clue what I was talking about, and I was just too tired over the whole ordeal to start explaining it to him.

I’ve called around through other company’s and banks and they either didn’t explain enough leaving me wondering and question if I should go through them or not and I’m glad I didn’t.
