My husband started the process with Rocket Mortgage and due to a problem with his credit was unable to continue the process. Kristen asked if she to talk to me and see if Rocket Mortgage could still help us. We were able to complete the loan application and get an extremely quick approval. She was helpful, courteous and answered any questions we had.
