Jacob is a good man and really knows his work and is good at it. He is absolutely great at his job and I will recommend him to anyone. He's honest has intergrity and in my opinion is a man of trust. He walked me through the whole process of getting a fixed mortagage for us And now I can stop worrying and enjoy the rest of my life. For those skeptical of taking a loan online vs at your local bank... Let me tell you that working with Jason was very painless. He called me a few hours after i went to sleep and I asked him to call me back later in the day at 3pm. He called me back promptly at 3pm and then stayed on the phone with me for over 2 hours answering all of my questions and more importantly asking me questions on what ...For those skeptical of taking a loan online vs at your local bank... He called me back promptly at 3pm and then stayed on the phone with me for over 2 hours answering all of my questions and more importantly asking me questions on what I wanted to do, what options work best for me, and what programs would work best for me. Luckily for me I had almost all of my documents already scanned and saved when I went to my local bank for the mortgage which saved me a lot of time even though I was going to Rocket Mortgage. In a little over 30 days my loan was approved and ready to sign.

I fully recommend Rocket Mortgage and especially Jason to help you and your family/friends with taking out a loan with Rocket Mortgage. In fact all of the people I was in contact with at Rocket Mortgage were very helpful, courteous, and made sure to update you every step of the way.
