Tom was the absolute best throughout the entire process. He was always available and willing to answer all of my questions even over a holiday weekend. He was always reassuring and made sure that I was informed with everything going on. Purchasing a home can be a stressful thing and he made it painless and easy. Anyone working with him is in the best possible hands.

The entire Rocket Mortgage process with was easy thanks to Blake. He was always available to answer any questions or address any issues. This was around my 15th home loan/refi and I won’t be using anyone else going forward. In this day and age of non-customer service oriented businesses, Blake and Rocket Mortgage were a very pleasant surprise. Thank you all. Kelly
