We began our out-of-state relocation with a prequalification and introduction to Rocket Mortgage through Tim Rice. Tim is a true professional and really knows his stuff, were offered a great rate and closing incentives. We proceeded through our purchase and qualification process with Ryan Ballinger and then Makita Morris whom were both helpful and responsive. We were ready to close with all completed documents in hand when disaster struck one week prior to close when our buyer's buyer experienced a financing hiccup. I'm really proud to say Rocket Mortgage was the company that stopped the dominos from falling. They worked with us to readjust our mortgage so we were able to still close on our new home on time. If they wouldn't have stepped up, the sellers of the home we are buying, as well as the sellers of the home they were buying would have been affected. You get the idea- dominos were falling and when I called Tim, he was calm, worked with his management and they spun on a dime and had our closing disclosure to us within 4 business days. Wow! That is service. Not only did we get a great rate and closing incentives, they saved having a whole line of delayed closings. Yes, the dominos stopped falling thanks to Rocket Mortgage.
