Ryan Albig has been wonderful from the moment we applied for a mortgage refinance loan last month. Thanks to Ryan and Rocket Mortgage, my husband and I will be saving at least $535 (yes, Five Hundred And Thirty Five Dollars) per month with our new loan. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through the process. He kept checking with me to assure that I understood each request. When anything had to be amended to assure that the mortgage would go through he explained the procedure. I was very pleased with my dealings with Tito. He is a fine man.

Ryan has been very responsive and straight forward with all of my questions so far. He has set proper expectations and has delivered on everything he has said to date. Loan still in process but I would say if the ending is as good as the beginning has been then Ryan should consider asking his manager to step aside and let him lead or he could come work with me.
