John was mostly great. However, the statement up front that there would be no costs to refinance whatsoever is misleading. A big addition to my mortgage is a cost, whether he and others at Rocket Mortgage want to admit it or not.

Josh Groenwald made getting a home loan fast and easy. He was willing to work on MY SCHEDULE and not the normal 9am-5pm EST schedule. Working with me on my schedule helped because I am a new teacher and I work the same hours that most of the Rocket Mortgage Employees do without the luxury of answering phone calls and getting on the computer to get my loan status updated.
