I was not on hold for a long period of time waiting for the transfer, Bill stayed on the line with me until I was connected with scott, who also was very patient and listened. Although Rocket Mortgage was not the right fit for what I needed both Bill and Scott not only educated me but guided in the right direction. If it had not been for them I would have spent hours of frustration trying to get things figured out. Both Bill and Scott were very knowledgable and as said above helped me out greatly.
