I found Jill very helpful. The whole process was done online. It took about 2 weeks. I could check online how the process was going through their site. On the day of closing they sent a notory to our house , which took about a half hour. The whole process was very easy.

I am ready to close next week on our mortgage and am so pleased with Brett and the Rocket Mortgage team that work with him. Everything was so smooth and the most important part the communication was excellent. My friend is doing a mortgage with her bank and she is not happy at all and her bank never gets back to her, she said the communication is just not there, no one ever gets back to her emails...I am ready to close next week on our mortgage and am so pleased with Brett and the Rocket Mortgage team that work with him. My friend is doing a mortgage with her bank and she is not happy at all and her bank never gets back to her, she said the communication is just not there, no one ever gets back to her emails or phone calls . I told her if things don't work out go to Brett at Rocket Mortgage. Brett and his team would get back to me in like 10 minutes. This has been a wonderful experience and I will tell everyone who is looking for a mortgage to go to Brett at Rocket Mortgage.Read MoreRead Less

The entire experience with Rocket Mortgage was amazing! James was very thorough and kept me well informed. He had a lot of patience with me and my endless questions. This is the way every company should operate. I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone in need of a loan. Thanks James! It was truly a pleasure.

It was very easy to work with Neil and he always was very clear in answering our questions or finding solutions to something that wasn't working quite right. He promptly returned emails or phone calls through out the whole process of doing our reverse mortgage. Even since closing he has been great to get back with us about a couple questions that have come up. We would definitely recommend Neil...It was very easy to work with Neil and he always was very clear in answering our questions or finding solutions to something that wasn't working quite right.
