My wife and I were interested in refinancing our mortgage, so we contacted Rocket Mortgage and got the ball rolling with Michael. The Rocket Mortgage process was fast and easy and Michael was the primary reason.
I would certainly give Michael a higher rating than 5 stars. He explained every step of the process to us and it all came together as he said it would. I would certainly give Michael a higher rating than 5 stars. He explained every step of the process to us and it all came together as he said it would. Our loan was closed in record time and we're enjoying substantial monthly savings on our mortgage payments. Read MoreRead Less

To say Tim's level of service went above and beyond what you'd expect would be an understatement. Tim worked with us for over 9 months. In that time, we had three contracts fall through on the sellers part, but Tim was more than patient and understanding. I've already recommended Tim to one of my best friends. That should tell you all you need to know. Thanks Tim!

She has given me the best service I could never believe to receive. She helped me get a loan for the house I live in and enjoy now. Now my kids have their own room and are very happy about that. This house has brought us closer as a family and I couldn't do it without the help of Courtney.

I wasn't even necessarily ready at that minute to refinance through Rocket Mortgage. But first impressions made extremely good impressions. I hadn't even finished reading the computer screen when I received a call from Marcello. He was so friendly, professional and efficient that he immediately put my mind at ease about Rocket Mortgage. I had a much better experience than I had with my other mortgage rep through a competitor that I had been working with for about 20 years. He called to check on me several times throughout the process and was very clear about the next steps and the entire approval process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with him and with Rocket Mortgage. Everyone else I worked with at Rocket Mortgage was also very professional and friendly. The company is fantastic and will always go with Rocket Mortgage for my housing loan needs as long as this is how the staff is. The people who work at a company really are what makes or breaks a company and Marcello is an asset to your organization. Read MoreRead Less
