She would spend so much time going over the small details with us, I felt like I knew her as a person even from states away! As soon as financial situation clears completely, I will be talking to Ryan again to refinance, provided the market holds. If not, I trust Ryan to give me sound advice, even if that means staying with the financing I now have.

Kyle was great from start to finish. Kyle is very on top of closing out the loan and getting you to the next step. It was always nice hearing from him and when you get passed on to someone else they don't seem to be quite up to par with the way he treats his clients because nobody can top his service. I was looking for three things in refinancing my home, first was to get out of an ARM, second was to lower my monthly payment, third have an avenue to pay off my mortgage sooner.
I can tell you Cass has made all three a reality. He worked tirelessly to help me achieve my goals.
