Jon was awesome.. got everything taken care of for our re-fi within just a few minutes (of my time anyway, I know there's much more happening behind the scenes). Couldn't have asked for a more smooth, stress free refinance. Will be back to use Rocket Mortgage again in the future and would do business with Jon again without a doubt!

Put simply, Mike was awesome. He made himself available to answer all of my questions. And, because I'm a first time homebuyer there were a lot. He navigated all of the intricacies of my situation like a pro and we had a lot of laughs. He put me at ease and made something that could be scary or difficult into something that relatively easy. I really appreciate all the help he's given!
