The bank that owned the house was dragging its feet on closing and pushed back out settlement several times. In the meantime our loan lock expired with our original lender and we were looking at significant costs to keep it. We opted to switch to Rocket Mortgage and Erin helped secure a great rate and expedite paperwork to ensure we closed when the bank finally was ready. She's knowledgeable and dependable. I highly recommend her.Read MoreRead Less
