Our bank was using Rocket Mortgage and the mortgage specialist never seemed to be available. Told my husband that I my as well just call Rocket Mortgage myself. I did and Frank was awesome! The way the Rocket Mortgage system works is flawed in the fact that you build a relationship with the first contact and then are thrown around from person to person. I understand the point, but it was kind of messy. Not her fault.
