When I wanted to pull some equity out of my home, my first thought was a Rocket Mortgage. In a short time I was connected with Thomas and the experience has been nothing but seamless from the beginning through the entire process. I am old school when it comes to customer service having worked for two fortune 500 companies for nearly 50 years before retiring. I know and value good customer service and Thomas provided that every step of the way. It’s the reason I do business with Rocket Mortgage and the reason that I refer my friends and family as well. Thank you for a quality, first class, seamless experience.Read MoreRead Less
