Loved working with her. She kept the experience funny and light hearted. The paper work was hard to understand. All the "points" added to the loan amount was still not real clear to me to how all that was determined.

Lee could not have been more helpful. Lee made the process easy start to finish. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and always to my satisfaction. My rate was lowered, length of time to repay was shortened by 5 years. I was pleased with everyone I dealt with at Rocket Mortgage.....Thank You

It was a truly exceptional experience working with Molly Semke. She answered her phone on July 4th to help us with questions. Molly went above and beyond to help us find the right mortgage for our needs. She was always just a phone call away with answers to all of our questions. The whole process seemed very easy and there was never any stress because of the time Molly invested in us.
