If it's possible, I'd like to see a few more stars added to the rating system!. I received a letter "pre-qualifying" my re-fi....I called and Nicky answered. In two phone calls and some guidance on how upload files to the Rocket Mortgage system, we were almost done! Nicky advised that the team would undertake the task of reviewing and seeking additional information.
