My experience with Rocket Mortgage was for the most part very good. Brian Hejka was informative and patient as he gave clear answers to all my questions and returned my emails immediately so I had instant return on my fears and confusions. So five gold stars to him!
I only had one major problem. That is the manner in which the Pay Offs were handled.

I only had one major problem. That is the manner in which the Pay Offs were handled.
The Pay Offs based their figures on numbers that were out of date for anyone such as myself who strictly pays their last statement balance every month. Consequently, all the Rocket Mortgage numbers were wrong. Thus, after sending off the checks, my finances are a muddle as I wait for refunds from everyone that add up to a considerable number. Plus, there is considerable complexity in getting some of the refunds I am owed.
The smooth running of my experience with getting my home equity loan was great until this last experience that has ended in a financial headache that my 82 year old self has found upsetting.
