I don't know enough words to describe Cass. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and awesome to work with all seem to fall short. We were faced with the prospect of possible having to sell our home of more than 30 years as a result of effecting repairs after Superstorm Sandy severely impacted it in 2012. Although we were properly insured to make the initial repairs we were forced to elevate it ...I don't know enough words to describe Cass. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and awesome to work with all seem to fall short. We were faced with the prospect of possible having to sell our home of more than 30 years as a result of effecting repairs after Superstorm Sandy severely impacted it in 2012. Although we were properly insured to make the initial repairs we were forced to elevate it well above the revised flood levels. This was an expensive and very time consuming, unpleasant experience to say the least. It required substantial withdrawals from our life savings and use of credit cards to facilitate and complete the project. We were struggling to make ends meet to say the least and considered a reverse mortgage, or selling outright. I took a shot at refinancing and was contacted by a number of companies including Cass from Rocket Mortgage. I was impressed right from the start by his personality, willingness to listen, and understanding of our situation. He promised to work with us to find a way to help us consolidate our debt lower our mortgage payment and get us back on our feet. That was a promise that he never failed to keep!! He and his team worked relentlessly to come up with the best possible solution and I'm thrilled to say that it has put us back on our feet and we will be able to remain in our home with an affordable mortgage, no credit card debt, and extra funds monthly providing us with a much needed comfort level.

Suffice to say that if it hadn't been for Cass's expertise, and patience and willingness to listen and provide us with solutions we may have been packing our bags and leaving the home we have loved for so many years.
