I could not have asked for a better experience!!! Lucas was a great person to work with. The first time we talked, I was on the phone for 15 minutes and had a pre-approval letter sitting in my inbox when we hung up. We were traveling from Maine to Penn. I was reading my e-mail in the car. I opened a Rocket Mortgage add and started to read about refinancing and how QUICK an easy it was to apply.
Minutes later my phone rang. It was Ember calling to see if we were considering a mortgage refinance.

and sincere. We have dealt with mortgages and banks 6 times in our lifetime, NONE compare to the efficiency and expertise of Ember (the voice with a smile)and the Rocket Mortgage team.

From my first online chat with Bob I felt he was very informative and helpful. The process was very easy and he walked me through it step by step. Using the Rocket Mortgage site was so convenient and easy to follow. Seriously, couldn't believe how simple it was. Even though there was a ton of paper work in getting a loan in todays world, Kristina made the job easier. She was always quick to respond and help in any way she could.
