I was curious about status of my Rocket Mortgage mortgage, and how to check on a better rate. When I contacted the site, my info went to Nikki, who contacted me and got me directed to an update of my mortgage. Right from the beginning I found Nikki very easy to communicate with. She was always courteous, easy to understand and had a very pleasing manner when working on the various stages of ...I was curious about status of my Rocket Mortgage mortgage, and how to check on a better rate. When I contacted the site, my info went to Nikki, who contacted me and got me directed to an update of my mortgage. Right from the beginning I found Nikki very easy to communicate with. She was always courteous, easy to understand and had a very pleasing manner when working on the various stages of opening our new mortgage. Nikki was always patient when it came to answering questions and making sure the steps went smoothly.

I eventually was moved on to other representatives, but didn't feel as comfortable as I had with Nikki. Although the other representatives were very knowledgable, I felt much more at ease working with Nikki. It was a genuine pleasure meeting a working with Nikki, and I will be sure to contact her for any future inquiries I may have regarding my Rocket Mortgage account.Read More Read Less

Dan worked closely with me throughout the loan process. He was instrumental in providing info on what we could and could not afford and helped with information that got us a lower rate than I thought possible on our investment property. He has also been available during phases of the closing process that were not necessarily even his responsibility and helped expedite the entire interaction.
