Jake was phenomenal. He spent over an hour on my initial call thoroughly explaining the refinance process and answering my questions. I truly felt like I was Rocket Mortgage's only customer because of this guy. Can not recommend him enough.

As others have said, his estimates on costs/payoffs were conservative all throughout the process, and he explained this up front. He paints a "worst-case ...Jake was phenomenal. As others have said, his estimates on costs/payoffs were conservative all throughout the process, and he explained this up front. He paints a "worst-case scenario", which leaves you pleasantly surprised at closing. Other lenders I dealt with tried to sell me numbers they couldn't back up, making the loan look great up front, but the numbers kept going up throughout the process. Jake was upfront and completely honest throughout. In a business where it seems everyone is trying to rip you off, Jake stands head and shoulders above the rest. As trustworthy a guy as you could ask for.
