Moly Semke is probably the best advertisement Rocket Mortgage could possibly have! She is friendly, courteous, efficient and smart and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. I was really dreading the whole refinance issue, but was amazed how simple she made the process. Would recommend her to anyone who is in the market to buy or refinance a home!!!

After speaking with Gordon Lynette, he worked with us by laying it all out where we could understand the process of refinancing our mortgage for a 15 year term. Mike made the loan process very easy. Rocket Mortgage has an online account you can log into and check the progress of your loan. You have access to the information 24 hours 7 days a week. Mike was very quick on updating information to my online account which made the loan process go smoothly. I was kept informed the whole process.
