Jesse was great to work with. He promptly responded to my very numerous questions in words that made total sense to me. He was always polite, fun, yet also professional, and courteous. I felt like Jesse really cared about me and the great changes that a new home/mortgage involves. I would highly recomend doing business with Jesse.

Mike was very helpful in getting my refi loan done. The process was efficient and the details were covered. I work in mortgage finance and have dealt with many lenders. Rocket Mortgage is the best by far. Great customer service model.

It was great working with Jon, the loan process went so smoothly that at times I wondered if anything was getting done. Everyone I worked with at Rocket Mortgage were great and very professional. I would highly recommend Jon Taft and Rocket Mortgage. I will likely be contacting Jon to discuss doing a refinance on my father's property. A++
