I was skeptical at the beginning. The agents on the phone were so nice and informative.
All the preliminaries have been accomplished on line and on the phone.
The process has taken just a bit over 30 days and would have happened a bit faster if I had not been so skeptical.
I am signing the documents this Monday and all the numbers discussed over the time are still accurate.
