He took all of my information and told me that he would contact me everyday just to keep me in the loop of how the loan process is going. He followed through with his promise to date. He also introduced me to a team member Nikki Alexander that has been very thorough in what documents she needs. JD gave me all my options and let me know which type of loan would fit best. I would recommend JD to any of my family and friends that were looking for a home loan or a refinance. Professionalism and positivity is what makes me feel like I am in good hands with Rocket Mortgage and JD Meyer.

I have never had a more pleasurable experience with a mortgage refinance! I have refinanced twice previously (2 homes) with banks. Not a pleasant experience by any means! Rocket Mortgage was amazing in every way. They are the way to go when you want efficiency and expertise. It was so easy and painless! Shane did a great job of handling our recent refinance loan application. Shane communicated with us often about the status of our loan, and kept us up-to-date on what information Rocket Mortgage needed from us. Shane was very timely in responding to any questions we had, and would return our phone calls or emails very promptly. He is also a very nice person!

I was completely shocked at how much money I was actually going to save on my mortgage each month. Still skeptical of whether or not this was going to actually happen the next few week were challenging for me but Erin was my life line to get through this process. It was difficult for me to change departments as my loan application proceeded forward. I was always able to contact Erin for reassurance of what I was being told by the other departments at Rocket Mortgage.
