I found Jill very helpful. The whole process was done online. It took about 2 weeks. I could check online how the process was going through their site. On the day of closing they sent a notory to our house , which took about a half hour. The whole process was very easy.

I am ready to close next week on our mortgage and am so pleased with Brett and the Rocket Mortgage team that work with him. Everything was so smooth and the most important part the communication was excellent. My friend is doing a mortgage with her bank and she is not happy at all and her bank never gets back to her, she said the communication is just not there, no one ever gets back to her emails or phone calls . I told her if things don't work out go to Brett at Rocket Mortgage. Brett and his team would get back to me in like 10 minutes.
